Daughter of Solomon Waldrop (1765-1834) & Sarah Aultom of Newberry, South Carolina. Solomon's parents were Capt. James Waldrop (1735-1799, who served in the Revolutionary War, South Carolina militia), and Mary Henderson. Sarah Aultom was the daughter of James Aultom (also served in the Revolution) and Phebe Aultom (maiden name unknown). We believe Henrietta and husband David were distant cousins as they came from different families. David was the son James Waldrop (Rev. War Soldier) and Mary Morrison of Fayette County, GA.
