This cemetery is also known as Kelly-Francka cemetery because the land was owned by the Franckas at one time. Around 1910, the cemetery was also called Devin Cemetery because Elvira Devin was buried there. She wasn't the first buried there but perhaps the Devins owned the land before the Franckas.
