SALADO — Services for Peggy Louise Atkinson, 70, of Temple will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Harper-Talasek Chapel in Temple with the Rev. Sam Callaway officiating.
Mrs. Atkinson died Tuesday, Nov. 9, in a local hospital.
She was born July 29, 1940, to Seth Caldwell and Edith Doughty in Temple. On Nov. 10, 1988, she married Charles Atkinson. She had worked for Scott & White Memorial Hospital in the dietary department.
Survivors include her husband of 22 years; two sons, William "Bill" Trammell and Robert Trammell, both of Temple; two daughters, Vicki Trammell of Fredericksburg and Sandra Simon of Salado; three brothers, Richard Caldwell of Morgan's Point Resort and Billy Joe Caldwell and David Caldwell, both of Temple; a sister, Sandra Conklin of Mims, Fla.; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Broecker Funeral Home in Salado is in charge of arrangements.
