Graveside service for James M. Jones, 88, of Somerville will be Wednesday, April 13, 2011, at 9 a.m. at Valhermoso Springs Cemetery with Mickey Johnson officiating and Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.

Mr. Jones, who died Sunday, April 10, 2011, at Whitesburg Gardens, was born May 14, 1922, in Montgomery. He served in World War II and received the Silver and Bronze Star for valor. His son, Randy Jones, preceded him in death.

Survivors include two sons, Byron Jones and Dwight Jones; and one daughter, Elizabeth Jones.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gideons International.
