Lura Bagby
Graveside services for Lura Bagby, 84, of Tyler, formerly of Jacksonville, were at 2 p.m. today, at Memorial Cemetery in Tyler, under the direction of Boren-Conner Funeral Home in Jacksonville. The Rev. Robert Carter officiated.
Mrs. Bagby died Sunday afternoon in a Tyler nursing home.
She was born Dec. 1, 1916, in Joaquin.
She had lived in Tyler for the last five years and had lived in Jacksonville before then. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Jacksonville and was a housewife.
She was preceded in death by two husbands, L.A. Conner and Jim Bagby; a son, Rayburn Conner;and five siblings.
Survivors include a son, Truett Conner of Tyler; sister, Gladys Richards of Gladewater; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
