Edward "Ed" Henry Hans Kresin, 92, of Savoy, formerly of Ogden, passed away at 3:35 a.m. Thursday (Dec. 23, 2010) at the Champaign-Urbana Regional Rehab Center in Savoy.
He was born on July 14, 1918 in rural Bourbon in Douglas County to Charles and Flora Klanke Kresin. He married Roberta Lube on Oct. 18, 1960 in Paris, Il. She preceded him in death. Also preceding him in death were one brother, Marvin and two sisters, Alvena Dolph and Edna Shepherd.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
