Randolph--Funeral services were held this afternoon at the Hoitnink funeral home for Carl Bailey, former assessor for the town of Randolph, who died at home Friday. Mr. Bailey, eighty, had retired as assessor for the town of Ranolph four years ago after serving several years. He also was a retired farmer. ...Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Blanche Nestor Bailey; two sons, Weldon Bailey and Ellis Bailey both of Randolph; a daughter, Mrs. Edna Andrew, Randolph; a sister, Mrs. Hattie Peck, Barberton, O., three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. ...
