Mary Barbara Reinke, 70 of Hankinson, ND passed away Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at Sanford Health, Fargo, ND. Funeral mass will be Friday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Philip's Catholic Church, Hankinson, ND with Fr. Scott Sautner as celebrant. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Hankinson. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 28, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. all at the Frank Family Funeral Home, Hankinson. There will also be visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. Pallbearers are: David Reinke, Bill Reinke, Mike Reinke, Rob Reinke, Brian Reinke & Jeff Stein. Honorary Pallbearers are: All her Coffee Club Friends. Organist will be Beth Tiegs with special music by St. Philip's Choir.
Mary Barbara Reinke was born January 15, 1940 in St. Paul, MN, the daughter of Arthur and Mary (Witte) Lewis. She moved with her family in the early 1940's to Hankinson, ND and attended St. Francis Academy, Hankinson, ND. On September 13, 1958 she was united in marriage to Howard Reinke in Hankinson, ND. After their marriage they moved to Minneapolis, MN and then to Ada, MN in 1962. From there they moved to Fargo, ND until 1966 when they moved back to Hankinson, ND.
Mary was active in St. Philip's Parish, Hankinson Cultura Club & St. Philip's CCD. She liked to bowl, golf, play cards, watch Jeopardy and have coffee with her friends.
She is survived by her husband: Howard Reinke, Hankinson, ND; sons: David Reinke, Fargo, ND, Brian (Sharlene) Reinke, Kindred, ND & Bill Reinke, Hankinson, ND; a daughter: Andrea (Jeff) Stein, Hankinson, ND; grandchildren: Ben, Carly & Spencer, Kindred, ND and Caitlyn, Lindsey & Brenna, Hankinson, ND.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Arthur & Mary Lewis; brother: Arthur (Fred) Lewis & son: Jeff Reinke.
