Frank and Gartha Crawforth were the parents of eight children, two sons and six daughters. The oldest child, Frances, died in 1915 of typhoid fever in Paul, Idaho shortly after the family moved there to farm. The other children (in birth order) were: George Bismark, Dora, Stanley Arthur, Mary Cathleen, Martha Moore, Ameda Luella, and Hazel LaVon. All were born in Spring City, except for LaVon, who was born in Paul, Idaho.

Frank and Gartha were married in 1897 and moved to Idaho in 1913. Gartha died of a stroke in 1918. Frank passed away in 1948. Both are buried in the Rupert Cemetery.
