Howard L. Duffin

Howard LeRoy Duffin, 85, 216 Washington St., died Feb. 4, 1975, in a Salt Lake nursing home after an illness.

Born Dec. 15, 1889, Woodruff, Ariz., to Brigham Fielding and Harriet Lorine Gardiner Duffin. Married Priscilla Walker Oct. 9, 1915, Salt Lake LDS Temple. Retired employee, Salt Lake City Streets Dept.

Survivors: wife; son, daughters, Vaughn H., Burbank, Calif.; Ellen Lora, Melba, both Salt Lake City; 4 grandchildren; brothers, Brigham, San Rafael, Calif.; Earl, Salt Lake City; Horace, Bountiful; Ray, Sacramento, Calif.

Funeral Friday 1 p.m., 36 E. 7th south, where friends call Thursday 6-8 p.m., Friday before services. Burial, Murray City Cemetery.
