A native of Hollywood, Calif., she was the daughter of the late Lawrence C. and Vivian McKinley Neff, member and past president of Letter Carriers Union District 3, retired rural letter carrier, member of the Arkansas Rural Letter Carriers Association, widow of Roland Rye, graduate of Canoga Park High School, attended business college in Van Nuys, Calif., and was preceded in death by a stepdaughter, Paulette Rye, and a stepson, Charles Rye.
She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Bill Ross of Orlando, Fla.; one son, Jack Lucas of Los Angeles, Calif.; foster mother, Loretta Lueke of Reseda, Calif.; four stepdaughters, Doris Adair of Bentonville.AR., Delores Smith and Pam Cotton, both of Clarksville, AR., and Denise Stewart of London, AR.; two brothers, Larry Lueke of Houston, Texas, and Larry Don Neff of Ontario, Calif.; 14 grandchildren including Christopher Ross of Orlando, Fla.; and seven great-grandchildren.
