Son of Leon Edwards and Gladys B. (Giles) Edwards Frost.
Born in Unity, Maine. Served in the Army during WW II. Basic training at Camp Wheeler in Macon, Ga. He meet and married Harritte Ellen Wagner. After a tour over sea and returning home to meet his first born, Robert worked at Sears in Macon,Ga. for awhile. In 1948 Robert,wife and 2 children moved to Unity, Maine to find a better job. Did not live there for long; returned to Macon and worked at Warner Robins Air Base until his retirment.
After which he worked part time at the Meth. Childern's Home until shortly before his death.
