My grandmother. She ran a diner all the years I was growing up. As a young boy I always wanted a hamburger. She made the best in town but looking back I think I missed out on her other menu items. She made fresh cinnamon rolls and homemade pies every day. She had customers come for breakfast every day she was open just to have a roll and cup of coffee. The left overs she brought to us or took them home so I ate lots of them and they were the best.

Daughter of Ira Vaniouos and Toto Meco Losa (Nickerson) Flowers. Married Alvin Henry Janssen on April 9, 1930 in Hobart, Oklahoma.
