Fern Bushman Kay, age 82, passed away October 27, 1995 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

She was born April 27, 1913 in Fairview, Utah to Jacob and Effie Mae Bills Bushman. She married Albert Henry Kay October 5, 1931 in Manti, Utah. Marriage later solemnized in the Provo LDS Temple. He died September 11, 1993. Fern was an active member of the LDS Church. She lived in Mona for 61 years. While there she served in many church callings and was president of the Mona Chapter of the DUP. Her charity toward others will be long remembered.Survived by two sons, Alvin L. Kay, of West Jordan; and Neil B. Kay, of Bennion; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; one brother, Lamar Bushman. Preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 12 noon, Wednesday, November 1, 1995 in the Nephi Stake Center. Friends may call from 10-11:30 a.m. prior to services at the church. Burial in the Mona City Cemetery.
