Obituary
Frances Strickland, 64, of Chattanooga, TN. passed away Thursday, December 31, 2009. She had lived in the Chattanooga, TN area for most of her life and was of the Baptist faith. She had retired from American Plastic and was preceded in death by her father, Walter Ray Griggs.
She was a devoted mother and grandmother and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include her mother, Dollie Haney, of East Ridge, TN; two sons and daughter-in-law, Ben (Nicole) Strickland and J.C. Strickland, all of Chattanooga, TN; sister, Teri Massingill, of East Ridge, TN; and two grandchildren, Heaven Leigh Strickland and Madison Nicole Strickland.
Graveside services were held Monday, January 4, 2010, in the Lakewood Memory Gardens, East, with the Rev. Walter Hicks officiating.
Arrangements are by W.L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home, Fort Oglethorpe, GA.
