His father and a brother precede him in death.
Mr. Arbogast was a Corrections Officer at C.C.I, retiring as Lieutenant in 1995 after 31 years of service. He was a US Air Force veteran, serving during the Vietnam Conflict, and was a member of the American Legion, VFW, AMVETS and the Kingston Kickers Dance Group.
Services were entrusted to Fawcett Oliver Glass and Palmer Funeral Home of Chillicothe, Ohio.
