Willie Maxine Campbell Perry, 64, entered into eternal life Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2009. She was a native of Amite, longtime resident of New Orleans and resident of Greensburg since 2005. She was the wife of Emmitt Perry Sr. for 46 years and the devoted mother of four children, Yulanda Wilkins and husband Antonio, Melva Porter and husband Gary, Emmitt "Tyler" Perry Jr. and Emmbre Ryanell Perry, stepmother to Karen Topps and Clifton Knox, grandmother to Gary Wayne Porter Jr., Gavin Ryanell Porter, Sierra Carter, Brionne Carter, Antonio Jordan Tyler Wilkins, DeVante Banks, Emmbre Ryanell Perry Jr. and Emmbrion Ryna Perry, and godmother to Brant Muse. She leaves in her passing five sisters, Odessa Pope, of Baker, Pansy Campbell, of Dover, Tenn., Jerry Dean Banks, of Greensburg, Diane Bonner, of Clarksville, Tenn., and Laura Mae Blocker, of Houston; a brother, Larry Campbell Sr.; and four sisters-in-law, Sadie Muse, Victoria Dorsey, Ollie Smith and Rose Pearl Tillery. Family and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at Turner Chapel A.M.E Church of Greensburg on Saturday, Dec. 12, at noon. Interment in the church cemetery.
