David M. Rockett was born Nov. 6, 1957 in Corpus Christi, Texas, son of George L. and Jessie Faye Jarrott Rockett. On May 15, 1981 he married Lynn Holman and she survives.
David received an honorable discharge from the U.S. Marine Corps in 1975. He died Saturday at Rest Haven Nursing Home, aged 44 years. He is survived by a son, a daughter and one sister.
