COX, James William (info. provided by Barbara Allen; [email protected]) born : 1854, Grapevine, Texas married : Eliza Vincent d/o Rosa Rodes died : 1952 children : Annie, John (died bo botulism at 29 years); Bird, Mamie, Irene "Doodie", Rose "Poolie" etc. : James W. was supposedly raised by a Methodist minister or church elder named Hudgins or Hutchins in Grapevine. (That would be El Nathan Hudgins) J.W. taught himself law and took the state bar exam, passing it. COZART
