Sara J. Blanco, of Mehoopany, died on Thursday in the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville. She was born in Tunkhannock on Nov. 30, 1983, a daughter of Horacio Blanco and the late Joanne Ogden.
She was a 2002 graduate of Tunkhannock Area High School, and worked as a Manager at the Tunkhannock Pump & Pantry.
She was preceded in death by her son, Connor Woodcock; and mother, Joanne Ogden.
Surviving is her fiancé, Lucas Woodcock III; son, Lucas Woodcock IV; one brother, Josh Blanco of N.J.; two sisters, Melisa Blanco of Tunkhannock, PA., and Julianne Blanco of Arch Port, N.Y., stepfather, Mike Goodwin.
Funeral services will be held on Monday at 1 p.m. from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home Inc., 73 W. Tioga St., Tunkhannock. Interment will be in Forkston Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 10 until time of service.
