WILLIAM T. EDWARDS, 87, 300 W. Airport Blvd., Sanford, died Wednesday, March 3. Mr. Edwards was a graduate professor of education at Florida State University. Born in Bartow, he moved to Central Florida in 1960. A member of Holy Cross Episcopal Church, Sanford, he also was a charter member of St. Paul's Methodist Church, Tallahassee, where he served as Sunday school superintendent. He was a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Kappa Delta Phi. He was president of the Florida Education Association and the Seminole County Retired Teachers. Survivors: wife, Emily Henrietta; son, George W., Sanford; four grandchildren. Gramkow Funeral Home, Sanford.
