Grubb, Jack O., age 75, of Maryville, formerly of North Knoxville, passed away Friday, July 31, 2009. A member of Sevier Heights Baptist Church, he was retired from McDonnell Douglas Corp. in St. Louis, Missouri, and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Preceded in death by his son, David O. Grubb; sisters, June Pett, Rosemary Brown, and Anna Lynn Rhea. Survived by his wife of 53 years, Dolores "Dee" Grubb; daughter, Jill Roloff and husband Steven; grandsons, Dylan and Colby; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel, Monday, noon, Dr. Robert Griffin and Rev. Charlie McNutt officiating. Interment will follow at East Tennessee Veterans' Cemetery. The family will receive friends, Sunday, 5-7pm, at Lynnhurst-Greenwood. Memorial donations may be made to: Freedom Through Christ Ministries, 1046 Red Bud Road, Osage Beach, MO 65065.
