FORT STOCKTON, Texas, Feb 26- When a large automobile was dragged from the bottom of the Pecos River near here last night, it was found to contain the body of a young man believed to be Jesse Steel of McCamey, Texas, who had been missing from his home for some time, according to information received here.
Officers are making an investigation and it is believed that the body of another person is in the river.

FORT STOCKTON, Texas Feb 27- Belief that a second man drowned in the Pecos River near Girvin when Jesse Steele was drowned persisted today, as J.P. Ryan left McCamey with Steele about two and a half weeks ago, and it was last seen of either of them. Steele's body was found yesterday and identified by friends. Both men were employed by a pipeline company and left in an automobile. The car with the suitcases and property of both men were found in the river.
