Willie's death certificate, obituary and verified by phone call to Pecos, TX indicate that he was buried first at Mount Evergreen Cemetery in Pecos, Reeves County, Texas in Plot: Lot 59, Space 2. At a later date he was moved to Eastland City Cemetery, Eastland, Eastland County, Texas. Re-burial was confirmed with Eastland City Cemetery although the exact date of re-burial was not on record.

T&P Section Foreman Dies

Willie E. Calley, 63, veteran section foreman at Pecos for the Texas & Pacific Railway Company died in a hospital here at 9:30 p.m. Sunday.

Mr. Calley had been in failing health for the past three years and seriously ill for the past three weeks.

He was a long-time T&P employee and since 1926 had been a section foreman, 10 years of that time in Pecos.

The body is being sent to Pecos by River Funeral Home and rites will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Wallace Funeral Home with E.C. Cudd, minister of the 14th and Main Church of Christ in Big Spring, officiating. Burial will be in the Pecos cemetery.

Mr. Calley, who resided at 101 Elm in Pecos, leaves his wife; three daughters, Mrs. Henry Kelley, Pecos, Mrs. Jack Weaver and Mrs. Virgil Whittington, both of Oklahoma City; two sisters, three brothers and seven grandchildren.
