We mourn the loss of our beloved patriarch and celebrate the life we all had with him. He truly made an impact on so many lives, both family and friends. He had a charming personality that hooked you in on the first line. He told the corniest jokes but his delivery always made anyone laugh. His favorite pastimes included doing crosswords (in PEN) & writing poems, short stories, personalized birthday greetings & essays on a variety of subjects. He was a skilled & decorated carpenter in the navy and into his civilian career. He and his wife owned and operated a small but well known tavern in Fremont for many years called The Midget. They were long time members of the Good Sam club holding various positions of office in both Arizona and Washington. He was the Editor of the Good Sam newsletter and had a true knack for it. Spending an afternoon always brought out fascinating trivia, humorous anecdotes, and the wisdom of his years. Jack is survived by his blushing bride of 65 years, Marcella "PlumBlossom". In his repertoire of descendants are 3 sons, 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, & 2 Great-Great Grandchildren –
In lieu of flowers, please help us support Dogs for the Deaf.

At Jack's request, there will be no formal service but a memorial celebration will be planned for this Spring for all of his beloved family & many friends.
G'nite Sweet Prince – You are deeply loved & dearly missed.
