F, 166th Pennsylvania Infantry (aka "Drafted Militia." Reported as a deserter at York to date November 29, 1862, he was actually ill in the hospital and did not join the regiment for duty until April 30, 1863. He honorably discharged with his company on July 28, 1863, in York.
He moved to Baltimore later in life.
