Second Lieut. Laurence H. Aston, second son of Mr and Mrs Frederick Aston of Kingston Upon Thames, pilot, Royal Flying Corps. Joined R.N.A.S. and became C.P.O. Served as kite-balloon pilot in France. Sent back to England to gain pilot's certificate. Died in a training accident.
