Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law Paula (Ken) Williamson, Frankfort; daughter Lisa Blevins, Chillicothe; sons and daughters-in-law Jeffrey (Joy) Blevins, Grove City, OH; Kevin (Lisa) Blevins, Randy (Cindy) Blevins, Del Blevins, and Josh Blevins, all of Chillicothe; her former husband and lifelong friend Talmadge B. Blevins, Chillicothe; grandchildren: Jeffrey (Julie) Blevins; Mandi (Mike) Wells; Christian (Heather) Blevins; Shane (Tiffany) Parker; Nikki (Ben) Kassulke; Dustin Draher; Heather Blevins; Jason (Tonya) Rohrer; Rhanda (Tyler) Bullock; Josh Blevins; and Courtney Detillian; 13 great-grandchildren; and a special friend Judy Bayes. She was predeceased by a brother Robert French.
Connie was a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church and had a lot of faith in God. She loved her children and grandchildren. She was an avid collector of Beanie Babies.
