Mrs. Mary Emma Locher, 83, of 1104 West 15th St, died Saturday in her residence. Mrs. Locher has resided in Panama City for the last 10 years coming here from Roodhouse, Ill. She was a housewife. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Bob Oliver of Panama City; Mrs. Bill Wainright of Mt. Prospect, Ill; Two sons , Richard "Dick" Locher of Panama City, Emerson Locher of Roodhouse, a brother, Peter Baker, of Springfield, Ill, and seven grandchildren. Arrangments will be annouced at a later date.
