Drakesboro - Ernest Clifton Robinson, 71, died in Hopkins County Hospital Monday, Feb. 13, at 7:45 a.m. He was a retired miner. Born in Muhlenberg County March 15, 1906, he was a member of Drakesboro United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Bertha Robinson of Drakesboro; son, Thomas Clifton Robinson of Drakesboro; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Ann Fulcher of Beechmont and Mrs. Myra Lynn Smith of Ennis; five grandchildren; five sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Kimmel of Bisbee, Ariz., Mrs. Iva Lou Day and Mrs. Julia James of Chicago, Mrs. Charlotte Hinton of Louisville and Mrs. Margaret Nell Williams of Drakesboro.
Services will be today (Wednesday) at 2 p.m. at Tucker-Beechmont Funeral Home, conducted by the Rev. Odie Wright, with burial in Ebenezer Cemetery.
