Holland J. Wilder, 89, died at the Parkside Nursing home on Friday evening after a three months' illness.
Born in Mexico, N.Y. Mr. Wilder moved to Chicago as a youth and lived the greater part of his life in that city. For a number of years he owned and operated a hotel in Russo, N.D.
Surviving besides his wife, one daughter, Mrs. Fred (Anna) Kasman, Chicago; two sons, Harold Wilder, also of Chicago, and Robert Wilder of Oswego. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, Dec 16, from the Dowdle funeral home, 154 East Fourth St. at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Artemas P. Goodwin officiating. Burial will be in Riverside cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
