One of the largest funeral attendaces at Pleasant Home was at the funeral of Miss Eva Lathrop. The Lathrops are a highly respected family and many friends sympathize with them in this sad bereavement.

Miss Eva Lathrop, who has been seriously ill with typhoid fever died Sunday evening at 8 o'clock. she leaves a father, a mother, four brothers, four sisters, and a host of friends who deeply feel their loss. Funeral services were held at Pleasant Home by Rev. Mccampbell. Interment at Brooks cemetery.

John Lathrop of Kirkville has been at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. H.T. Lathrop assisting at the bedside of his sister, Mrs. Eva Lathrop.

Miss Eva lathrop died Sunday evening after an illness of over three weeks.
