She was a graduate of Oldtown High School and Catherman's Business School. She was retired from the Brandenburg Center and was a former employee of Friends Aware. She also volunteered for New Hope.
She was an active member of Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church where she was a Sunday school teacher and a leader for the Youth Group. She also held various positions at the church.
She was involved with the Spring Gap Homemakers and her hobbies included sewing, reading, gardening and traveling and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Marth (Carder) Mullenax; husband, George "Bill" Danner; and one brother, Robert "Pete" Mullenax.
Surviving are three daughters; two sisters; a sister-in-law; and six grandchildren.
