Elizabeth Cece, 79, of Stoddard, NH passed away on Tuesday March 8th in RI Hospital, Providence. She was the wife of the late Robert A. Cece. They were married for 60 years.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Michael and Alice (Wagner) Pezza. She has lived in Stoddard for 16 years, previously living in Scituate.

Elizabeth worked for several years at Brite Industries as head bookkeeper. However, her true love was being a homemaker. She loved decorating for the holidays, hosting dinner parties, and providing meals for others. She enjoyed traveling, reading, and sewing. In 1959 she represented the state of Rhode Island at the National 4H Conference for her sewing. She sewed many special occasions dresses for family members including a Christening gown worn by several family members over 60 years.

She was a loving and devoted wife for 60 years. Along with her husband she enjoyed going for rides in their antique vehicles and spending time on Island Pond boating. One of her greatest joys was the many years spent skiing with her husband and children in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Montana.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday March 14th at 10am in St. Rocco's Church, Atwood Avenue, Johnston. Burial will be in HighlandMemorial Park Cemetery, Johnston. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to Boy Scout Troop 243, 36 Gilman Drive Gilford, NH 03249.
