The Daily News, Huntingdon, PA, Thursday, January 6, 1949 DARIS WARREN DOYLE, a retired carpenter, died Wednesday morning, January 5, 1949, at 8:30 o'clock at the home of his daughter, Mrs. F. C. Soult, 906 Rose Hill Drive, Altoona, with whom he resided. He was born at Three Springs, September 27, 1860, a son of Daris and Dianna (Hudson) Doyle and was married to Minerva Lane of Three Springs, who died 15 years ago. Surviving in addition to his daughter, Mrs. Soult, are a son, Malcom, and a daughter, Mrs. K.R. Baird, both of Plainfield, NJ; eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. He was the last member of his immediate family. He was a member of the Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in the Methodist Church of Three Springs, the Rev. W. W. Brackbill in charge. Interment will be in the Three Springs Cemetery. Friends will be received at the Mauk and Yates Funeral Home, Altoona, after 6 o'clock Thursday evening until noon Saturday.
