Cora graduated in 1894 from Miss Lucy Wheelock's kindergarten training class at Chauncy Hall School. She was a kindergarten teacher at the Franklin School in Buffalo. In 1912 she became a companion to Mrs. Darwin Martin and was with her until Mrs. Martin's death in 1945. She entered a nursing home in Yonkers in 1946.
She was survived by one niece and three nephews.
