Karin Kim Fay passed away at the age of 58 on September 14, 2022, surrounded by family after a heroic battle against cancer.

Karin was born on November 1, 1963, to Afton and Keith Dykman in Pocatello, Idaho. On August 04, 1984, Karin married Vincent Fay III, and together they had three children: Sean, Brady, and Nolan.

She graduated from Pocatello High School, the same school that her mother, husband, and all three children graduated from. Karin was proud to support her children as they competed in Football, Golf, and Debate, as well as their academic pursuits.

Over her life, Karin worked at Red Steer, AMI, Oreida, Heinz, Convergys, Lowes, and Allstate where she made many good friends. Karin was always an active employee, volunteering her time and talents to charity and work events.

Karin donated her time to volunteer in Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Golf Tournaments, and any other event her family or friends asked for her help. Karin was best known for the support she provided for her family. During her life, she supported her husband in all his endeavors, was the brains behind her oldest son's political campaigns in 2018, the shadow caddy for her middle son's golf tournaments, and the biggest cheerleader at her youngest son's football games. She extended that same support to her grandchildren by spoiling them with love and attention, always happy to pick them up and just spend time with them and help them grow.

As the youngest sibling in her family, she was the favorite. She had many health battles over her life which helped her bring a unique perspective to every situation. Karin was funny and kind, finding the best in the worst people, and the one you could always count on whenever you needed a helping hand, a listening ear, or a shoulder to cry on. Karin's passing brings great sadness to her friends and family, but we are very thankful and fortunate for the time we had with her.

Karin is survived by her husband, Vincent; her brother, Ron (Shawna) Dykman; her brother Reid (Cathy) Dykman, Connie (Guy) Dykman; her children Sean (Esther) Fay, Brady Fay and Nolan (Lori) Fay; and grandchildren, Kai Fay and Edna Fay; special nephew Kelly (Jill) Hall and their daughter Alyssa.

Karin was preceded in death by her parents.
