Allene Allen Gordon was born on February 11, 1941, in Lyles, Tennessee, and passed away on December 1, 2022, at her home in Lyles. She was 81 years old.
She is the daughter of the late Boyd and Hattie Warren Allen.
She was also preceded in death by her husband of 62 years Thurman Howard Gordon, son Richard Allen Gordon, and her 12 brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her daughter Connie Stone. Son Ronnie (Rita) Gordon. Grandchildren Kristen (Brad) Garland, Blake Stone, Gavin (Annie) Gordon, Garrett (Amber) Gordon; and Matthew (Paige) Gordon. Great Grandchildren Bennett Gordon, John Swaffer Gordon, Oaklee Gordon, Ensley Garland, Emberly Garland, Murphee Gordon, Collier Gordon, and Monroe Gordon. Many nieces and nephews. Along with a host of other relatives, friends, and loved ones.
She was a member of the Rocky Valley Church of Christ for over 20 years.
Mrs. Allene enjoyed going to yard sales in search of antiques and other collectibles. She loved Christmas and collecting Santa Claus memorabilia. More than anything she loved her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. She will be missed by all her family and friends.
Burial in the Hilltop Cemetery.
