Grover Cleveland Harris, Jr., 95, of Louisburg, passed away on Monday, November 14, 2022. He was born on February 12, 1927, to the late Grover Cleveland Sr. and Vera Wagstaff Harris. In addition to his parents, Grover was predeceased by his wives, Beaufort Williams Harris and Sharon Fischer Harris; a daughter, Theresa Wall; a grandson, Charlie Harris; his sister, Edith Park; and his brother, John Lindsay Harris.

Grover is survived by his children, Frederick W. Harris (Rhonda), Charles C Harris (Martha), and Rachel Jolly (Bill); his grandchildren, Brittany Elliott (Taylor), Kelsey Harris, Molly Keenan (Matt), Meghan de Boer (Maarten), Blake Johnson, and Jake Wall; and his five great-grandchildren, Madelyn, Frederick, Juniper, Liliana, and Lucas.

Grover owned and operated the Louisburg Theater and Car View Drive-In. He was a former Louisburg Town Councilman and was a member of Louisburg United Methodist Church. He enjoyed woodworking and wood crafts.
