He is survived by his wife, Anita Geraldine Bingham Purdom Box [ his second wife, he married in 1968 ] and her second husband , son, Mark Brian Box of Ocala Florida; daughters, Leslie Ann Sweeney and Donna Jo Parker both of Ocala Florida and a step-daughter Melanie Darlene Purdom Barber of Hendersonville; 13 Grandchildren; four great grandchildren
Mr Box remains are at Cole and Garrett Funeral Home, Hendersonville, where services will be Wednesday, July 30 1997 at 10 am. Masonic services will be conducted 7 pm Tuesday from the Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes
Association.
Entombment will be in Woodlawn East Memorial Park Mausoleum.
