Mrs. Madge H. Bowley, 88, widow of Orin L. Bowley, died Saturday morning at her home in Hampden after a long illness. She was born in Prentiss, but had been a resident of Hampden for the past 45 years. She was a member of the Methodist church in Kingman. Surviving are a son, Aron B. Bowley, Hampden; a grandson, Neal Stearns, serving with the armed forces in Germany; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held this afternoon at 2 o'clock at the residence.
HAMPDEN, Oct. 19 - Funeral services for Madge H. Bowley were held at her residence in Hampden Monday afternoon with the Rev. Allan Brough of Dexter officiating. Bearers were Charles Barrows, Otis Patten, Leroy Thurlow and Leroy Thurlow, Jr. Interment was in the family lot in Lake View Cemetery, West Hampden.
