She was the daughter of Spencer Tracy (film actor) and Louise Treadwell (founder of the John Tracy Clinic for the hearing-impaired). She appeared in "The Spencer Tracy Legacy: A Tribute by Katharine Hepburn", a television documentary about her father. She co-authored (w/ Susan Moon) the book "Pritt, the True Story of a Deaf Cat and Her Family".
