Eleanor Glennon, was born in Passaic NJ to Ethel Dixon Dwyer and Mathew Dwyer, one of 12 children, the youngest of the girls. She resided in Leesburg FL with her brother James and their cats. She presides her daughter Trina (Ira), sons John Glennon Jr, David (Nancy). Along with three grandsons Frankie, Dominic, and Joseph. Also her two younger brothers James and John and sister Charlotte.

Eleanor loved to read and when ever she had a chance to be in the garden getting her hands dirty. She loved all different types of music and would love to dance. She always had a smile and would help anyone that even needed her. She was quick with a smile. She would sit for hours on the back deck in NJ when she stayed with her daughter and son in law, most times for months. Her favorite thing to do would sit with her fur grandbabies as she would call them. She would sit and talk with them as if they were truly having a conversation with her.

She would always look out for the strays no matter where she was and would feed everyone who looked like they could use a meal. She had a great love for her family and friends, she has a special spot for her son in law and would always say don't you pick oh him.

She loved Christmas and all the movies songs and decorating, her favorite was polar express she would watch with her fur grand baby Mieshu a boxer that loved tv. Even when she was not in NJ she would call to say put the movie on for the dog. She loved the snow the more the better, she would always say there is nothing prettier than the white snow. I know she had more meaning but never shared. I am sure that was something between her and GOD.

She will be truly missed by her family friends and of course her own fur babies. We all know she is celebrating life pain free, she has a love for the Lord even is she never said much out loud.

My mom is a never-ending song in my heart of comfort, happiness, and being, I may sometimes forget the words but I always remember the tune.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to an animal shelter of your choice.
