Everett E. Hartman, 97, of Chillicothe, passed away 6:34 p.m. Tuesday, May 3, 2022.

He was born April 23, 1925, in Preston, West Virginia, to the late Maud Hartman. On August 8, 1973, he married Virginia Crabtree, who survives.

Surviving are children, Joyce Hartman, Mark (Sandy) Hartman of Gilbert, Utah, Philip W. Hartman, Howard (Beth) Yates, Ed (Sheila) Yates, Janie Yates and Bill (Tammy) Yates all of Chillicothe; numerous grandchildren. He was predeceased by son, Roger Hartman and grandson, Brody Hartman.

Everett retired from the Mead Corporation and was a member of the UPIU Local 731. He served in the United States Navy during WWII. Everett also attended the Church of Latter-Day Saints.

Calling hours will be at 5-8 p.m. Saturday, May 7. 2022 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens with Military Rites by the Ross County Veterans Honor Guard.
