Alice B. Woodard of Hoquiam died July 23, 2003. She was 91.
Born Feb. 22, 1912 in Flagler, Colo., she lived in Enumclaw for 14 years and was a housewife. She also co-owned Moscow Scrap Metal between 1939 and 1970. She was a member of Eagles of Moscow and the Viola Community Club. She enjoyed fishing, quilting, crossword puzzles and boating. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1972.

She is survived by her son, Paul T. Woodard of Enumclaw; daughter Shirley Coomes of Grayland, Wash.; stepson Norman Woodard of Freeland, Wash., brother Walter Todd of Walla Walla; one grandchild; and five stepgrandchildren.

Remembrances may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
