Lois Geraldine was born in Ennis, Texas, to the late Robert and Thelma Elizabeth "Dolly" Cashion. The family moved to Waco when Lois was quite young, and where she lived throughout her life. Lois attended Waco Public Schools, was employed at J.M. Woods Manufacturing for 22 years, and Waco Apparel for 16 years retiring in 1991.
Lois faithfully worshipped each Sunday through the Columbus Avenue Baptist Church television ministry. Although she lived a simple and humble life, Lois was blessed with a wealth of love, compassion, and care for others. For those who knew Lois, it was easy to recognize that her greatest joy in life was sharing a genuine love for her children and their families.
