A Fisherville resident, Mrs. Judy Chesser, age 68, passed away Sunday, July 18, 2021 at Baptist Health Louisville. She was born July 6, 1953 in Manchester to the late Enoch and Elsie Caudill Gray.
Judy was a retired employee of General Electric and was a member of Kings Baptist Church. She enjoyed line dancing, scrapbooking and spending time with her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Ruby Smith and 2 brothers, Elihu Gray and Bill Gray.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Marshall Chesser, her sister, Melissa Gray, her brother, Russ Gray, both of Fisherville, and 2 sister in law's, Joyce Gray and Mary Gray, both of Taylorsville.
The family followed Judy's wishes for cremation. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. The Greenwell-Houghlin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
