Son of Marcus Robinson (August 11 1909 to Dec 1, 1978) and Emilie Virginia Williams Bishop (Oct 31 1916 to Sept 17 2001), of Okinawa. His father was an engineer with the US Army Engineering District. Memorial service was held in Okinawa on Aug 8.
