Ernest Clarence Treadway, age 84, of Moravian Falls, passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at Wake Forest Baptist Health-Wilkes Medical. He was born November 29, 1936 in Wilkes County to Johnny Floyd and Della Bentley Treadway. Ernest had an avid love for the outdoors, especially fishing and gardening. He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings.

Mr. Treadway is survived by his wife, Patty Treadway of the home; his children, grandchildren; and great grandchildren left to cherish his memory.

Miller Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements.

Funeral service will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday, April 18, 2021 at Miller Funeral Chapel with Pastor Matthew Vannoy and Pastor David Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Walnut Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Moravian Falls. The family will receive friends at Miller Funeral Service from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, prior to the service. The family has requested no food.
