Julia “Judy” A. Tow age 80 of Kenton died Sun. Dec. 6, 2020 in Blanchard Place Retirement Community. She was born Nov. 16, 1940 in Hardin County to the late Wilbur D. & Hazel L. (Purcell) Tow.

Mrs. Tow is survived by cousins, other family members, and her special family Jackie (Markus) Prater of Alger, Mandi (Dustin) Dye of Lima and their children Aidyn & Easton, Joshua Prater of Alger, Jordan Prater of Kenton. She was proceeded in death by her sister Emma Jean Tow.

She graduated from Hardin Northern High School with the class of 1958. She moved to Columbus where she worked for Nationwide Insurance and then a Columbus law firm for many years.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00AM Thurs. Dec. 10, 2020 at Clark Shields Funeral Home, Forest with Pastor David Dissinger officiating. Interment will follow in Dunkirk Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9-11AM before the service on Thurs. Dec. 10, 2020 at Clark Shields Funeral Home. COVID-19 guidelines will be followed and everyone is required to wear a mask. Memorial donations may be made to Blanchard River Church of Christ in care of Clark Shields Funeral Home 301 S. Patterson St. Forest, OH 45843.
